How We Protect Your Interests

We are often invited to participate in competitions among commercial real estate brokers. We look forward to comparing skill, experience, and track records. Yet potential clients should understand that they may be sharing critical market information with every broker they do not select, even when NDAs are in place.

Keeping an assignment confidential during its early and formative stages, followed by a carefully coordinated release of an RFQ or RFP, can protect leverage, shape the market response, and produce superior results. Accordingly, we suggest you either carefully curate the information you plan to share, or confidentially select a highly qualified advisor and/or brokerage team you trust.

At Kinzer Partners, you’re not just a client.
You’re our Partner.

Four decades of relationships, expertise, and results. At your side.
